Oct. 27, 1916 Aboard 'The Metagama'

Aboard The Metagama approaching Liverpool, Ray writes to his mother about their departure from Halifax on October 18th and complains about the rough voyage.

  1. Oh, the poor guy - seasick. So much for the high adventure of going overseas. My grandfather was seasick too on his trips across the Atlantic in WW I. Can you imagine all those boys turning green.
